How Stress Is bad and good
Stress is a feeling that everyone experiences at one point or the other, and due to the pressures and demands that you feel you are having, you will show some apparent symptoms like staying awake at night, eating too much or getting splitting headaches. It occurs at all stages of life : for kids, adults and particularly for kids. You aren’t the sole one who’s going thru a tight schedule. But if you recognize and identify the problem, it is possible for you to reduce the stress or elude it by good stress management.
Definition
When there’s a troublesome situation in life, the body attempts to deal with it with additional strength, staying power, focus and application. Anything can incite stress like a physical danger to a class show, and these events are called stressors. The hormones which are turned on can turn on certain body systems, like a faster heart beat or a rise in blood pressure. You might start sweating or your pupils could grow bigger. Due to all of these factors, you are compelled to take a stress reply. Therefore there’s good stress as well as bad stress. In a critical situation, when there’s an emergency, the driver slams on the brakes to avoid the accident. A softer form of pressure is good and it helps you to perform better when you’re sitting for a last examination. But stress can be bad too, when the events are long term and continuing.
This may wear out the body’s reserves of hormones and weaken the body’s immunity mechanism.
Overload
Too much of anything isn’t good, and that holds good for Stress too. A little bit of stress for the examination will incentivize you to put in more study, but too much of stress may hinder you from focussing on studying absolutely. Some things which can be dangerous per stress overload are like consistent exposure to violence, family conflicts, learning incapacity issues and a crammed schedule with no time to rest and relax. The symptoms of stress overload which folks experience are obvious, when they get anxiety or panic attacks, are moody and simply irritable or get the sensation that they are being pressurized, hassled and hurried all of the time. Stress overload may cause physical symptoms like stomach issues, headaches and chest discomfort. Some take to drinking, smoking, overeating or taking substances and are just gloomy and depressed all of the time.
Keeping Everything Under Control
It is intensely necessary to keep stress in hand and even better, you must know how it’s possible for you to dodge it. You must find out how to use stress management talents constantly, not only after you experience stress, but understand and duck it in future. Be practical and practical, and take help from folk who offer to help. Cut out some of your activities and try to get enough sleep, so that your body is relaxed each morning. Relaxation is the antidote to stress and you can find out how to relax by learning yoga, or do some things that give you pleasure like taking a walk, visiting a pal or taking a long bath. Take care about what you eat, so that your body remains fit. Your attitude towards life will help you to switch your stress level. Add a good dose of buoyancy to it, and you may start feeling better. You can build your resilience by working on your attitudes and behaviors. In course of time you can acclimatize to stressful circumstances and tackle any stressful problem that comes your way.
